Joey has focused his career on engineering and construction management, working as both a professional engineer and a construction manager on some of the region's largest and most notable construction projects. From initial feasibility study to final ribbon cutting, he enjoys working with owners and contractors through the entire permitting and construction process.
His professional goal is to provide clients with an unprecedented level of service by working with the most highly skilled and qualified professionals and striving toward company growth and reputable excellence with results proven through repeat clients.
Joey started WCE in 2004 as a side project called EB Site Design, working after hours on small commercial and residential projects. As the company has grown the name has changed, as has the breadth of our clients, as we now focus on large commercial development, power generation through wind and hydro, high-hazard dam design and analysis, heavy civil/structural design, and environmental compliance. Joey and the WCE team are excited to see what the next decade brings.
